Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn shoes in their original Bernardo branded box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
